Nestlé Culinary Center
Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Êͼ¿â designed and built a three-story culinary innovation center for Nestlé. The building shell is constructed of concrete slab-on-grade, structural-steel framing, pre-finished metal composite panels, masonry, and insulated metal panel (IMP) wall systems. Additional exterior features are standing-seam metal roofing, TPO single-ply roofing, aluminum storefront/curtain wall systems, and one-inch insulated glass and glazing systems. A third floor was added for future administrative office needs.
Nestlé has had an ongoing business relationship with Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Êͼ¿â for approximately 10 years, and they have successfully completed several major industrial design-build construction projects in various locations ranging from $1 million to $140 million in value. The projects were executed in a professional manner and were delivered within the established schedule and budget.
